Welcome to project number 2 of ours in the highly coveted Ladera Del Mar development, a 3-master-suite home with 4 bathrooms, infinity pool, wet bar and built-in BBQ spread over 3281 square feet of luxurious indoor-outdoor living space. The ocean view is spectacular, not to mention the panoramic vistas over the mountainous and volcanic backdrop. A lucky buyer came along in the middle of construction to choose their desired finishes for our team to complete.
As can be seen by the house photos in the midst of construction, we have set yet another record with this pre-construction sale. The buyer was able to select their desired finishes and we had the pleasure of completing the home to their satisfaction. For their privacy, we did not publish the final photos with their personal contents.
It is something we are very proud of, to be recognized for what we are doing, even before it is done! This is not typical for real estate sales in Costa Rica, but then again, it is something we are happy to be getting used to.
