Custom Villa Lot 126 Pacifico

We love designing and developing great properties.

Lot 126

Three is my lucky number, and we set a record with our third custom home project: Lot 126 was the first spec house in Pacifico to sell pre-construction. Happy to have our buyer in place, we had the pleasure of completing this villa with all the material, colour and finish selections carefully chosen by the end users who have been enjoying their dream home ever since.

This 3-bedroom contemporary home was laid out to take full advantage of its massive and private building lot. Tucked in the corner at the end of the cul-de-sac just behind our first two properties, Lot 126 is one of the largest on the street. All rooms lead to the back yard, and are built around the pool to create privacy while enjoying the space. The best view of the pool may be from the living room where this time we included an impressive 20-foot-wide glass curtain wall to provide the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience. Great for entertaining, the common areas of this house offer a variety of seating and gathering areas for guests to enjoy both inside and out on the covered terrace. We designed the kitchen island, for example, to include a lower extension with matching exotic granite table top to provide a true eat-in kitchen. Living and dining rooms connect to the kitchen through a luxurious open concept space that is full of natural sunlight with 360 degrees of windows and a magnificent view.

The master bedroom is separated from the rest of the home, featuring its own private wing. We included some of our favourite details from previous projects, like the tray ceiling with recessed lighting and custom oversize headboard. There is a walk-through closet with plenty of space for both him and her that leads to the ensuite bathroom. We built a modern take on our previous outdoor shower with a river rock base that both looks and feels great on the feet! Bedrooms two and three share a unique “Jack & Jill” washroom with custom sliding barn doors, giving all three bedrooms bathroom access. Although it was designed in the contemporary style overall, we included some local natural building materials like the Guanacaste Stone featured on the front of the house, as well as the classic red marlea tile roof, to bring some warmth to this home and maintain a tropical charm. Combining interior and exterior finished areas, Lot 126 features well over 3000 square feet of beautiful modern living space.
