Custom Home Development

With the ever-increasing level of excitement, popularity and opportunity in this beautiful country, I expanded my business to include real-estate development through the construction of custom homes. Joining forces with a childhood friend of mine who decided to move from Canada to Costa Rica, we purchased our first building lot in 2013, then went on to design, build and sell a 3-bedroom Spanish Colonial style family home with a flair of tropical fusion. Our second project was a modern concept of a dual master suite home, ideal for couples, investors and the ultimate entertainment in real estate luxury. Our third house set the record of the first project in the Pacifico development to actually sell pre-construction. House #4 was our quickest and most efficient project at that time, as we took over the existing plans and permit that Pacifico, the developer itself, did not get off the ground. We finished what they started in 6 months flat and enjoyed an immediate sale.

By the time we got to house #5 and expanded into the neighbouring beach town of Playa Hermosa, we found ourselves quite advanced in our business model and ready to tackle multiple projects at any given time. We also grew into the space of buying premium ocean view lots to up our game of the final product offering both in size and finish quality. Constantly refining our design to incorporate feedback from each project and emerging trends in the marketplace, you will notice the evolution of our design, construction and panoramic vistas as you scroll through our ever growing portfolio we are most proud of.

This was our very first construction project in tropical Costa Rica! We built a beautiful custom home in the famous Pacifico development, located in Playas del Coco (Coco Beach), Guanacaste.

It turns out that our second construction project in Costa Rica is right next door to our first. This project was quite unique, first of its kind in fact within the gates of Pacifico.

Three is my lucky number, and we set a record with our third custom home project: Lot 126 was the first spec house in Pacifico to sell pre-construction.

House number four was much more about construction for us than the creativity of our own design. This project was originally created by Pacifico, the developer itself, but they never ended up getting it off the ground.

Lot 79 is our most impressive home yet. With a total of nearly 3800 square feet, you can enjoy the breathtaking ocean view from just about anywhere in the house.

Lot 17 marks new territory for us in Coco’s neighbouring beach town, Playa Hermosa. Aptly named “Mar Vista” for its Spanish translation, the development offers breathtaking views of the ocean, as can be seen from our latest project on Lot 17.

Lot N2 overlooks the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano and the gorgeous deep blue Pacific. With both mountain and ocean views to enjoy, we are quite proud of our first of many more projects in the Ladera del Mar development, featuring large estate lots and breathtaking panoramas.

Lot 83 takes us right back to where we began in the famous and highly sought-after Pacifico development. This 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom home is one of the widest properties in the complex, boasting huge curb appeal and featuring a one-of-a-kind lap pool out back.
